Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare architectural, working, and presentation drawings
✅ Develop 2D drawings and 3D models
✅ Assist in concept design, detailing, and design development
✅ Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
✅ Conduct site visits and prepare site reports
✅ Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation
✅ Support project execution and resolve design-related challenges

Requirements





Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
1–3 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other design software is an advantage
Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for architecture, interiors, and themed environments
