Role Description

The Marketplaces Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for managing and growing Secret Wish’s presence on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and optimizing product listings, monitoring pricing, inventory, and promotions, and analyzing performance metrics to improve sales and visibility. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on product information, photography, and content, as well as handling marketplace communications,



compliance requirements, and issue resolution. The Marketplaces Manager will also contribute to marketplace-specific marketing campaigns, track competitor activity, and recommend strategies to enhance brand positioning and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) with skills in listing optimization, pricing, and inventory coordination.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including proficiency with Excel or similar tools to interpret sales, traffic, and conversion data.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns management, and marketplace policies and compliance.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with merchandising, operations, and customer support teams.
