Role Description
The Group Accounts Head / Financial Controller is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the financial management and accounting functions across the Modi Auto Group. This role manages group-level accounts, including general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliations,



and month-end and year-end closing activities. The position involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate consolidation of accounts for multiple dealerships and service centers. The role oversees statutory compliance related to taxation, audits, and regulatory filings, and coordinates with internal and external auditors to maintain robust financial controls. The Group Accounts Head / Financial Controller also partners with senior leadership to support financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability analysis, while leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to ensure consistent, high-quality financial processes.
