Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at Select VFX Studio in Chennai, with multiple openings across HR,



Business Partner, Branding, and Production, including leadership roles. Team members will collaborate with studio leadership to support day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help maintain a people-first culture. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include talent management and HR processes, business planning and client relationship coordination, developing and maintaining the studio’s brand presence, or overseeing production workflows and delivery schedules. All roles require close collaboration with cross-functional creative and technical teams to ensure high-quality output, productive communication, and alignment with client expectations. Individuals are expected to be proactive, organised, and committed to building long-term relationships within the studio and with external partners.
