About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Reach out to potential candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate information.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day hiring activities.

Requirements




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Confident in speaking with candidates and building skilled relationships.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes is preferred.
- Prior internship or recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Stipend
- ₹8,000 per month for the first 3 months.
- Based on performance, there is an opportunity for a salary increase and a full-time role.
