2. Role Overview

The Head of Digital Growth & Marketing will lead the group's entire digital function — a single role accountable for the team, the strategy and the numbers across both Maccure Hospital and Aastha Hospital. This is a hands-on leadership position:



the successful candidate will manage a team of specialists while remaining directly involved in performance marketing, SEO, CRM and lead conversion, for both brands. The two brands carry distinct market positioning — premium private-pay maternity and IVF at Maccure; panel-empanelled multispecialty at Aastha — and the role holder is expected to market each on its own terms rather than as a single undifferentiated offering.

3. Key Responsibilities

1.
Team Leadership —
Lead, mentor and performance-manage the digital marketing team (social media, content, performance marketing, video/creative, CRM executives) across both brands.

Performance Marketing —
Own Meta Ads and Google Ads strategy, budget allocation and ROI for both Maccure and Aastha; oversee campaign architecture including WhatsApp keyword triggers.

SEO —
Drive organic visibility, technical SEO and local search/Google Business Profile rankings for both hospital websi
