Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliations, and material tracking to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee inbound operations, including material verification, GRN generation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely deliveries.
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, material handling, manpower allocation, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, including stock registers, invoices, dispatch records, and delivery challans.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and dispatch issues while maintaining exception logs and coordinating timely resolutions.
