We're hiring Indian clinical specialists to review synthetic medical data.

We're building a large-scale synthetic (fully de-identified, no real patients) longitudinal clinical dataset for AI training and evaluation, modelled on the Indian patient population. We've built the first version and now need practicing Indian clinicians to review and validate the medical content for real-world accuracy.

What the work involves:

Reviewing our clinical configuration and generated sample records — checking that medications, brands, dosing, first-line choices, lab reference ranges, disease prevalence, comorbidity patterns, and disease progression reflect actual Indian clinical practice. You'd flag what an Indian clinician would find implausible and help us get the details right.

Who we're looking for:





Practicing or recently practicing Indian physician

Familiarity with Indian prescribing conventions — branded/branded-generic drugs, fixed-dose combinations (FDCs), OTC boundaries — and ICMR/national treatment guidelines

Familiarity with Indian lab norms and reference ranges, and the disease burden here (TB, dengue, typhoid, the diabetes/hypertension/CKD load, etc.)

Bonus: experience with OPD/IPD documentation, hospital EHRs, clinical NLP, or health data
