Role Description
The Regional Business Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai,



responsible for driving business growth and regional performance for Urban Money. The individual in this role will oversee branch operations within the region, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring regional sales and operations teams, reviewing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase loan volume, improve customer experience, and strengthen lender partnerships. The Regional Business Head will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, manage key stakeholder relationships with financial institutions, and support the rollout of new products and processes in the region. This role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying recent business opportunities, and ensuring the region meets profitability and quality objectives.
