Role Description
The Quality Analyst Fresher role at iWebTechno is a full-time, remote position focused on ensuring the reliability and usability of the company’s Edtech SaaS platform. In this role, the team member will execute test cases, identify defects, and document issues clearly for the development and product teams. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements,
performing functional and regression testing, validating fixes, and supporting release readiness checks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. The Quality Analyst Fresher will learn and apply quality assurance methods and tools under guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot product issues.
- Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices for software products.
- Interest in or exposure to Quality Management concepts and maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies (manual or automated) is beneficial.
