Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Moulding Supervisor based in Mahuva. The supervisor will oversee daily injection moulding activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, manage production planning, and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and meeting production targets while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Experience with Quality Control processes and Manufacturing Operations
- Robust capabilities in Operations Management within a manufacturing environment
- Team management and problem-solving skills with an ability to work on-site effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and associated machinery
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in manufacturing facilities
