Tamil Graphic Designer (Canva)
to join our content and marketing team.
You'll be responsible for designing high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms. We're looking for someone who understands Tamil culture, social media trends, and can create scroll-stopping visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Design ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and social media posts using Canva.
- Create high-performing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and app marketing campaigns.
- Adapt designs for different formats, including 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9.
- Collaborate with marketers, scriptwriters, and video editors to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with Tamil internet trends, memes, and visual styles.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
- Native or fluent Tamil speaker with a good understanding of the Tamil audience.
- Strong Canva skills (Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).
- Strong portfolio of social media posts, ad creatives, or marketing designs.
- Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
