About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead (Tamil Speaking) to lead a team of Business Development Executives while achieving individual and team sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive performance in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.




- Support the team in objection handling and closing sales.
- Ensure CRM compliance and timely MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sales Team Lead (EdTech experience preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing inside sales or telesales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
