About the Opportunity

Hirematic Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Flutter Developer to build, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Google Flutter and .NET technologies. This role is ideal for a developer with strong full-stack experience who enjoys working in Agile environments, collaborating with global teams, and providing production support for business-critical applications.

Location: Pune | Bengaluru | Hyderabad, India

Compensation: ₹14 LPA

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Google Flutter and .NET technologies.

• Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality, reliable application delivery.

• Provide production support and participate in on-call support for critical issues outside business hours.

• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and deliver current features.

• Work closely with global cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.





• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.

• Follow ITIL processes and utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.

• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on development experience.

• Strong experience with Google Flutter for front-end application development.

• Strong experience with .NET technologies for backend development.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting production applications.

• Experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
