Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews,



and supporting selection decisions for diverse roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The specialist will also assist with onboarding activities, support training and orientation initiatives, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include using recruitment tools and platforms, communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills
