We are looking for a smart, energetic, and creative individual who wants to work directly with the founder and help build a growing home services startup from the ground up.

This is not a typical desk job. You will be involved in different aspects of the business, learn new skills every day, and contribute ideas that help the company grow.

*Key Responsibilities*

•⁠ ⁠Handle client calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with technicians and service teams

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day business operations

•⁠ ⁠Assist with social media and online presence

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis

•⁠ ⁠Prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠Suggest creative ideas to improve business growth

•⁠ ⁠Support the founder in different business activities as required

*Who We're Looking For*

•⁠ ⁠Good communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Workspace, and MS Excel

•⁠ ⁠Responsible, disciplined, and proactive

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
