Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will oversee financial records, prepare and analyze financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets, monitoring transactions, and performing reconcilations. The candidate will also handle tax preparation, financial auditing,



and reporting for internal and external stakeholders while supporting overall financial planning and strategy.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, bookkeeping, and the preparation of financial statements
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and experience with tax preparation and filing
- Ability to manage budgets, perform reconciliations, and monitor financial records accurately
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within strict timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA qualification will be an advantage)
- Experience in working with MSMEs or startups is a plus
