Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Lobby is a full-time, on-site role based at The Park Hotels in Indore. This position is responsible for supervising lobby operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest arrival and departure experience,



and maintaining high standards of service at all times. The role includes coordinating with front office, concierge, and bell desk teams, handling guest inquiries and escalations, and overseeing the appearance and functionality of the lobby area. The Assistant Manager – Lobby will monitor staff performance, support training initiatives, and ensure that brand standards, safety procedures, and guest satisfaction targets are consistently met. The role also involves preparing brief reports on daily lobby activities, identifying service improvements, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
