Role Description
The Customer Success Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves engaging with pet parents in-store and through various communication channels to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction with Nootie and The Pet Point’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer queries,
resolving issues, guiding customers on product choices and pet care solutions, and ensuring smooth post-purchase support. The individual will help maintain long-term relationships, monitor customer feedback, and collaborate with store, sales, and operations teams to improve service quality and retention. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and supporting initiatives that enhance loyalty and repeat business.
