Role Description
The Manager: Digital Marketing and Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for driving the Institute’s online presence, student acquisition, and brand visibility.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, as well as managing content and engagement strategies to reach prospective students and stakeholders. The role involves monitoring web analytics, optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversion, and preparing performance reports for leadership. The manager will collaborate with academic, admissions, and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals and ensure consistent messaging. The position also requires staying updated on digital trends in education and healthcare and recommending current growth opportunities.

Qualifications
