Senior Finance Manager
to lead our Finance & Accounts function and support our expansion plans through robust financial governance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function of H-Cura & Tally.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational expenses.
- Present financial reports, dashboards, and MIS to Management.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards.
- Manage statutory compliances including:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- Professional Tax
- PF & ESI
- ROC compliances
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Consultants, and Government Authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare departmental and branch-wise budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement financial controls across all branches.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Healthcare Finance Operations
- Monitor branch-wise revenue, collections, and profitability.
- Analyze patient billing, package revenues, refunds, and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition and financial reconciliation.
- Review daily cash collections, bank deposits, and financial reports.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage working capital requirements.
- Monitor daily cash flow.
- Plan vendor payments and payrol
