We are a leading global Multinational Corporation (MNC) specializing in high-performance coal beneficiation engineering equipment. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Manager based out of East India to drive our business growth, manage key enterprise mining/metallurgical accounts, and expand our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for coal beneficiation and heavy engineering equipment across East India.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting and technical presentations to commercial negotiations and closing contracts.
¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with major coal washeries,



mining companies, PSUs, and private industrial clients.
¢ Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with our global engineering teams to propose customized equipment solutions.
¢ Achieve regional sales targets and provide accurate market forecasting.
Requirements
¢ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Metallurgical Engineering (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
¢ 510 years of proven track record in B2B corporate sales of heavy industrial equipment, preferably in coal washeries, mining, or mineral processing.
¢ Solid network within the mining and coal sectors in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
¢ Willingness to travel extensively across the eastern region while working remotely.
¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
