- Analyze, resolve, and report SAP ATTP production issues within SLA.
- Perform reconciliation between
SAP ATTP
and
SAP ICH
for EPCIS message processing.
- Maintain serialization-related master data and ensure timely updates.
- Support supplier EPCIS/ICH onboarding and integration activities.
- Validate serialization solutions through regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for serialized events, objects, and transactions.
- Monitor serialization background jobs and resolve failures proactively.
- Provide weekend and on-call support for critical production issues.
- Maintain knowledge repositories, KT documents, RCA documents, and support documentation.
