ABOUT THE ROLE
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a robust background in HVAC Ducting Sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating business, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the HVAC, Ducting, MEP, or Construction industry.
This role requires a self-motivated qualified who can independently generate enquiries, convert leads into business, and build long-term relationships with clients across Delhi NCR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting projects and products.
- Develop business with Builders, Developers, Consultants, Architects, PMCs, EPC Contractors,
MEP Contractors, and Industrial Clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, warehouse, hospital, hotel, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation and project teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
