About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations across warehouses, distribution centers, and retail stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, vendor management, and multi-site distribution within the FMCG, Food, Dairy, Retail, or Quick Commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Operations.
- Lead inventory planning, replenishment, stock accuracy and inventory optimization.
- Drive warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, dispatch and transportation.
- Coordinate first-mile, mid-mile and last-mile logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships, transport partners and 3PL service providers.
- Monitor KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Ageing, Cost per Shipment and Warehouse Productivity.




- Ensure product availability across warehouses and retail outlets.
- Lead warehouse teams and drive operational excellence.
- Implement SOPs, warehouse process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Production and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 714 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience handling multiple warehouses, distribution centers or retail outlets.
- Solid experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Vendor Management.
- Exposure to Transportation Management and Distribution Planning.
- Experience with SAP, ERP or WMS systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work from Bengaluru.
