Role Description

The Artificial Intelligence Trainer at MGrow is a part-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The trainer will design and deliver AI-focused learning content, including lectures, practical exercises, and case studies aligned with industry needs. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting in-person sessions, mentoring participants, and providing feedback on assignments and projects. The role also involves staying updated on AI trends and tools,



collaborating with the MGrow team to refine course content, and supporting learners in applying AI concepts to real-world scenarios.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including core concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses in AI or related fields.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and adapt content to different levels of learner experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse qualified audiences.
- Hands-on experience with AI applications, data-driven projects, or industry case studies is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and managing a part-time teaching schedule.
- Demonstrated commitment to mentorship, continuous learning, and ethical use of AI technologies
