Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, verification, and maintenance of BRD (Business Requirement Document).
- Develop strong understanding of banking domain knowledge and apply it to analyze complex business problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize SQL skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field with expertise in Banking industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid proficiency in Business Analytics tools such as FRD (Functional Requirement Document) creation using Brd (Business Requirement Document).
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
