- Assist in handling buyer enquiries and quotations
- Prepare and follow up on Proforma Invoices
- Maintain order sheets and update order status daily
- Communicate order updates to buyers under senior supervision
- ollow up with material suppliers for timely delivery
- Maintain vendor communication records
- Track advance payments and balance settlements
- Maintain buyer-wise and order-wise data
- Prepare weekly order status reports
- Update pending payment list
- Maintain costing sheet under guidance
- Basic knowledge of export documentation
- Strong follow-up skills
- Positive communication (written & verbal English)
- Basic Excel proficiency
