The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor who specializes in talking head short-form storytelling —

someone who knows how to take a raw talking head video and turn it into a punchy, engaging,

retention-driven piece of content. You'll work closely with our creative team and directly with

YouTube creators to bring their stories to life across Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style formats.
What You'll Do
- Edit high-retention, short-form talking head videos (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) with strong pacing

and storytelling
- Add engaging captions, sound design,



motion graphics, and B-roll to elevate narrative flow
- Collaborate with creators and the creative team to understand brand voice and content goals
- Stay on top of trends, hooks, and editing styles that drive engagement on short-form platforms
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced content environment
- Maintain consistent quality and brand tone across all edits
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of short-form talking

head content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Robust sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling built specifically for short-form platforms
- Solid understanding of captions, sound design, and motion graphics for social content
- Experience working with or editing for YouTube creators is a strong plus
- Motion graphic designing skills are a plus
