We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail/field sales, with robust knowledge of the Jaipur market and the ability to generate business through direct client visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, and construction material shops across Jaipur.
- Generate new business opportunities through shop-to-shop sales and market visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Promote the company's building material products effectively.
- Conduct regular market surveys and identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales or Field Sales.
- Experience in shop-to-shop sales is mandatory.




- Good understanding of the Jaipur market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with confidence in meeting clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Jaipur.
- Candidates from the Building Materials, Hardware, Paints, Cement, Tiles, Sanitary, Electrical, Plywood, Steel, or related industries will be preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications for reporting.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
