Role Description
The Operations Executive role at 7CC Technologies is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating procurement processes, tracking orders, managing vendor relationships, and supporting ATL, BTL, and RWA campaign execution. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance metrics, resolving issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, preparing regular reports for management, and recommending improvements to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization. The Operations Executive will be expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to a well-organized, efficient operations environment.

Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills to handle end-to-end processes and ensure efficient execution.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for process improvement.
- Interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations roles is preferred.
