Role Description
The Sports Head of Department (HOD) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading and managing the entire sports program at Pallavi International School, Bachupally. The person in this role will plan and oversee the sports curriculum, organize training schedules, supervise coaching staff, and ensure quality coaching across multiple sports with an emphasis on football and physical fitness.



Daily responsibilities include conducting and supervising practice sessions, identifying and nurturing student talent, coordinating intra- and inter-school competitions, and maintaining sports equipment and facilities. The Sports HOD will collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to integrate sports into the holistic development framework and will engage with parents and external partners to promote the school’s sports initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sports Coaching and Coaching, with practical experience in planning and delivering school-level sports programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Football coaching, including player development, team strategy, and match preparation.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, and to document plans and reports clearly.
- Basic Sales or promotional skills to support outreach activities, events
