Role Description
The Kitchen & Sanitation role at Solution Talks is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The team member will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, including washing utensils, cleaning work surfaces, floors, and equipment, and ensuring waste is properly segregated and disposed of. Daily tasks include following sanitation protocols,



organizing supplies, assisting with basic food preparation under guidance, and ensuring that storage areas are kept orderly and compliant with safety standards. The role requires consistent monitoring of cleanliness, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and following company procedures and checklists. The individual will work closely with other staff, follow shift schedules, and support a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications
