Server Hardware support with basic troubleshooting skills and expertise in part replacement

Job Responsibilities
- Proactive Monitoring of all the servers using BSE tools
- CPU & Memory utilization & monitoring.
- Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware
- Respond to and own Incident till resolution
- Engage customer contracted hardware and software support vendors to facilitate incident

resolution
- Work with customer support teams to review & resolve incidents
- Co-ordinate with customer contacts to with BSE vendors in case of hardware failures or

involvement of third party vendor is required.
- Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server




- Correlate related incidents together into a problem ticket and manage through the problem

management process
- Implement best practice configurations relating to specific vendor recommendations
- Basic Server hardware troubleshooting
- Server hardening as per the policy recommendations by BSE
- Server Inventory Management

Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirement
- Expertise in part replacement of Server hardware (Must)
- Raid and iLO configuration of HPE server (Must)
- Basic Server hardware troubleshooting (Must)
- Server Inventory Management (Positive to Have)
