Role & responsibilities :
- Plan and execute residential and commercial interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and achieve timely completion.
- Manage site execution, installation, and finishing works.
- Track project budgets, material usage, and project costs.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Resolve site issues and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure safety compliance and successful project handover.

Preferred candidate profile :
- 5-10 years of experience in interior project execution.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Robust knowledge of modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Excellent client handling and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel to project sites.
