Key Responsibilities - Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime. Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills. Maintain inventory and stock records. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Required Qualifications - B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent. 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred). Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and banking. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience with manufacturing accounting. Knowledge of inventory valuation and stock reconciliation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
