About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Documentation Specialist to create, manage, standardize, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for enterprise IT infrastructure and technology environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical writing and documentation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, developers, and business stakeholders to convert complex technical information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, technical guides, operational procedures, and reference documents.

Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, technology platforms, products, services, and operational processes.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established documentation standards, style guides, and templates.

Standardize the formatting, structure, and presentation of technical documents.

Regularly review, update, and revise existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, infrastructure, processes, and system enhancements.
