We are seeking dedicated and technically proficient DSA with C++ Trainers to join our academic team in Phagwara. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring students, refining their problem-solving capabilities, and preparing them for competitive programming environments and industry-standard technical assessments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of our learners, ensuring they are equipped with the algorithmic rigor required for top-tier software engineering careers.
Key Deliverables
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules focused on Data Structures and Algorithms using C++.
- Guide students through complex coding challenges, ensuring proficiency in LeetCode-style problem solving.
- Mentor students on participation and performance strategies for technical hackathons.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide actionable feedback on code quality and optimization.
- Collaborate with academic stakeholders to align training curriculum with current industry hiring standards.
- Facilitate hands-on coding sessions to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical implementation.
- Maintain high standards of instructional quality to ensure consistent student learning outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Educational qualification: B.Tech (Strong academic record) or M.Tech.
- Graduation year: 2024 graduates are eligible; candidates with an NIT/IIT Master’s degree may be 2026 graduates.
- Demonstrated proficiency in competitive programming with a minimum of 400+ problems solved on LeetCode.
- Proven experience or active participation in technical hackathons.
- Solid command over C++ and fundamental data structures and algorithms.
- Candidates with prior experience as a Software Engineer are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or experience with Accenture training programs is a significant advantage.
