Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management, audience targeting, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Create audience segments,



custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Robust understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and event setup.
- Understanding of bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS).
- Experience with remarketing and audience targeting.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
