Job Summary

As a Channel Partner Sales Specialist, your primary focus is to onboard, nurture, and drive revenue through an active network of real estate Channel Partners. You will bridge the gap between our premium property portfolio and external partners, ensuring maximum visibility,



lead generation, and swift transaction closures.

Key Responsibilities

* Network Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new real estate brokers, independent agents, and channel partners across Bengaluru. [3]

* Partner Engagement: Conduct continuous property briefings, project presentations, and meetings to keep partners updated on our inventories.

* Lead & Sales Generation: Collaborate with partners to generate quality leads and aggressively drive property sales, rental bookings, and leasing transactions.

* Site Visit Facilitation: Coordinate and accompany partners and their clients on property site visits, delivering expert advisory support to convert prospects.

* Internal Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with internal sales, marketing, and legal teams to streamline customer documentation and ensure friction-free deal closures.
