Overview
Working closely with clients and colleagues, the Defined Benefit Sr. QA Analyst plays a key role in the
examination of business and functional/ system requirements to ensure the Defined Benefit system implementation and maintenance activities meet the established standards of quality as well as reliability, usability and performance. You will be responsible to ensure that the system solution in place reflects client’s perks. In addition, you will be responsible to mentor and train junior to intermediate team members.
How You'll Make An Impact
- SME for Technical/Functional issues
- Mentoring and coaching team members on technical aspects
