We are looking for an experienced Pre-Fab / Portable Supervisor / Manager to oversee the installation, dismantling, maintenance, and overall execution of prefabricated and portable structure projects. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and project timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of prefabricated and portable structures.
- Plan and execute project activities as per timelines and quality standards.
- Manage site operations, workforce, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle site documentation, inventory, and material management.
- Train and guide site staff to improve productivity and work quality.
