Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant – Fleet Sales to develop and manage business relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, government organizations, leasing companies, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business, managing the sales cycle, and achieving fleet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new fleet sales opportunities through corporate clients, government agencies, rental companies, logistics firms, and institutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their fleet requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives for corporate customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.




- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and operations teams for seamless order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet sales targets.
