What You'll Own
A product cloud — end to end. From the earliest discovery signal to post-launch iteration, you are the single accountable person for your product area's direction and outcomes.

Discovery & Domain Depth
- Develop genuine operational expertise — not just user interviews, but workflow shadowing, support mining, and cohort-level behavioral analysis
- Synthesize findings into sharp problem frames: the underlying job to be done and the exact friction blocking it
- Maintain a live insight repository that feeds roadmap decisions continuously

Roadmapping & Prioritization
- Own the multi-quarter roadmap — balancing near-term delivery, mid-term bets, and platform investments
- Prioritize using RICE, chance sizing, and sharp judgment — defend your calls to leadership with clarity
- Document deprioritization explicitly; the roadmap is only credible when stakeholders understand what's not on it and why
