Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to oversee and manage food production activities at our facility in Kasuva. This is a residential role, and accommodation along with food will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food production operations and ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage and coordinate with 1 Chef and 2 Sub Chefs.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on requirements.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks related to production.
- Support logistics and transportation activities as required.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to manage kitchen/food production operations.
- Must know driving and hold a valid license.
- Willingness to stay at the job location (Kasuva, Thiruvallur).
- Ready to relocate and work in a residential setup.
