EHS Lead Project Sites (Data Centre / MEP Projects)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 10–15 Years

Education: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering with recognized Safety Qualification (ADIS, PDIS, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to drive Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across project sites. The role will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving EHS systems to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, statutory regulations, and industry best practices. The position plays a critical role in fostering a robust safety culture, preventing incidents, and ensuring safe execution of construction and MEP activities.

Candidates with Data Centre project experience will be preferred; however, experience in large industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or MEP projects will also be considered. Exposure to MSP (Microsoft Project) software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures,



and safety management systems across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, client requirements, and company EHS standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, electrical works, confined space entry, hot work, and heavy equipment operations.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, safety training programs, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, permits, registers, compliance records, and audit reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives on all EHS-related matters.
