- Assist in managing daily facility operations, including technical maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, and fire protection systems.
- Supervise site staff and contractors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with clients to address operational concerns and service requests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, statutory compliance, and asset management.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, MIS, and monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Support budgeting, material planning, and inventory control.
- Assist in audits and implementation of corrective actions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
