Role Description
The Branch Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with branch customers, including individuals, SMEs, and local businesses, by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking products and services. Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in customers, handling inquiries, supporting account opening and servicing requests,



and promoting deposits, loans, and other financial solutions. The Branch Relationship Officer also coordinates with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly, ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, and contributes to branch sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, including banking products, credit, deposits, and basic financial analysis, to guide customers effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and professionally.
