Role Description

The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time,
on-site leadership role based in Abroad.
This position is responsible for overseeing regional business operations, ensuring effective service delivery, and maintaining high standards of client experience across all immigration and visa consulting services. The role includes managing regional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational improvements aligned with company goals. The Regional Vice President of Operations will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, manage budgets and P&L; responsibilities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Daily responsibilities also involve supporting key projects, resolving escalated client issues, and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills with experience overseeing multi-location or regional service operations.
- Proficiency in P&L; Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.




- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, with a track record of aligning operations with long-term business objectives.
- Experience in Project Management, including leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results on time and within scope.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams, with strong people-management and coaching skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data to drive decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in immigration consulting, professional services, or a related industry is preferred.
