Role Description
The Store Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of adhesive tapes and related products. The role includes preparing orders for dispatch,



coordinating with sales and production teams, and supporting the store in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures. The Store Assistant will interact with internal stakeholders and customers for order-related queries, help in basic documentation, and support process improvements to enhance store efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Experience in Retail Sales or store operations, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or related workplace.
- Good Organization Skills to manage inventory, documentation, and multiple tasks accurately.
- Ability to support Training activities such as onboarding new store staff and sharing process updates.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or storekeeping practices and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools
